FAQ
Can I buy more images?
Yes! Although your package may have a limit to the amount of included images, you can always purchase more! All images are edited before they are released to you.
What if I want printed photos?
Digital edited images are included in your session fee. You can choose to have your photos printed through me for an additional cost, or you can print your images at any printer of your choosing.
*I can only guarantee final printed quality on photos printed through me.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Usually the answer is no. I have scheduled your session in advance and may have other commitments immediately after.
Late starts to your session may result in shorter shoot time or rescheduling completely.
What kind of gear do you use?
I use a Nikon camera body, lenses and flash. For studio bookings I have a variety of backdrops, props, outfits and lighting. For lifestyle/ on location bookings I mostly use a combination of natural light and flash. I can bring lights/props/reflectors to a shoot if requested beforehand or known to be required at the location.
What if I need to cancel my session?
All sessions require a retainer paid at time of booking. Depending on the timing and cause of cancellation, you may be able to reschedule your booking without any financial penalty.
Complete cancellations will only be fully refunded if made more than 2 weeks prior to your shoot.
No-shows for bookings will not have the option to re-book and will not receive a refund on their session retainer. Further bookings for these clients would require a new retainer to be paid upon booking a new session.
Can I have all the images you take during my session?
No. The reason I say this is because taking the photos is only step one of the service I provide. After your photoshoot I carefully curate the images that I have captured.
Once I have chosen your best images, I process them to generate the look and feel we want.
Finally the images are sized and exported into the format needed for printing and sent to you.
The raw files straight out of my camera are not accurate representations of the product I provide. These files also cannot be uploaded to the web or printed in this raw form.
